Understand the dashboard
The Utilmate dashboard is your entire business at your fingertips so you can get stuck into running your business straight away.
The dashboard is broken into three parts:
Dashboard Processes
This is where you manage common processing Utilmate. The number shows you how many items you have to process. This includes:
- Import Meter Reads
- Unbilled transactions
- Charge, Receipt and Adjustment Approval
- New and Undelivered SMS Messages
- New and Undelivered Email Messages
- New and Undelivered Posted Mail
Dashboard Widgets
This is where you can see all activities assigned to you or your department and run any scheduled tasks Utilmate.
Performance Graphs
The performance Graphs section is where you'll see important business performance metrics including:

Total aged Debtor balance:
Totals are broken down into the ATB buckets – current, 30, 60, 90, 90+ so you can see overall levels of debt in each building. -
Recent and upcoming treatments:
You'll see what notices you've recently sent and what is expected to be sent soon, forecasted monthly. -
Vacant and occupied sites in each building:
The number of vacant and occupied sites within each building. -
Unbilled sites:
Displays the unbilled sites for each building. A site is deemed to be unbilled if:
- it is on the QUARTERLY billing cycle and it has been more than 95 days since the move-in date or the last billed date.
- it is on the BIMINTHLY billing cycle and it has been more than 65 days since the move-in date or the last billed date.
- it is on the MONTHLY billing cycle and it has been more than 35 days since the move-in date or the last billed date. -
Recent and upcoming DD:
This charts your recent direct debits and upcoming direct debits. -
Open activities:
Open activities are displayed by department.
