Pricing - price increase correspondence
To view your current price change correspondence templates, go to Letters, Emails and SMS maintenance screen.
Send price change letters
To send a pricing rate change letter to customers, go to the Maintenance menu, Billing & Invoicing and select Pricing.
Select Send Rate Change Notices from the Price Plan Actions dropdown button.
Select the price plan from the drop-down list, and Save.
- If your CRM environment is set to automatically send correspondence, these letters will automatically send upon clicking Save.
- If you approve emails to be released, they will appear in your New and Undelivered Emails or New and Undelivered Posted Mail dashboard screens for approval to be sent.
Tip: Only price plans with upcoming/future price changes will be available in the drop-down list.
You can multi-select price plans in this list.
