Buildings - add building conversion factor

Building conversion factors are used when meter readings need to be converted from one unit of measure to another before billing. This is commonly required for NSW hot water billing where water consumption (kL/L) is converted into an energy unit such as MJ or kWh.

To add a building conversion factor, go to the Maintenance menu, Utility Services and select Buildings. In the Building Conversion Factor section, click on the Add button. 

The "Add building converstion factor" wizard is opened.  Enter the conversion factor, and start dated, then click Save to finish.
