Buildings - close

Buildings (also known as sites or network nodes) are an important part of Utilmate and impact most reporting and default pricing for customers.

To close a building, go to the Maintenance menu, Utility Services and select Buildings. Select Close Building from the Building Actions dropdown list.

The "Close Building" wizard is opened. Select the details to close the building, and click save.

1. The site you wish to close. 
2. Close off accounts  - choose Yes to close all accounts related to the building.
3. Close off date
4. Write off balances - select Yes to write off all balances related to the building.
5. Suspend Treatments - select Yes to suspend all future treatment actions on customers in the lost building, even if there is an overdue balance.
