Bulk call note interface
The bulk call note interface is used to bulk import call notes. Once imported, itvwill add a call or activity to each of the listed accounts.
Save a csv file in the correct format in your "Interfaces\Bulk Call Note Import" folder.
- If the file is successfully processed it is placed in "Interfaces\Bulk Call Note Import\Archive".
- If it is not able to be processed it is placed in the "Interfaces\Bulk Call Note Import\Error" folder with an error file explaining why.
This interface can be manually run at any time from the Scheduled Tasks screen.
File Format
The file must be a CSV file with the following columns
- account_number (mandatory) - the account number must be a valid account number in Utilmate. If an account cannot be found, the file will error with an error message explaining the account cannot be found.
- Assignee
- Call type code
- Notes (optional)
- Due date (optional)
- Priority (Optional)
- Closed
