What is Bing mail

Bing's hybrid mail solution enables your staff to send mail without ever leaving their desk - no printing, no folding, no tricky equipment, no maintenance hassles. Bing saves time, increases productivity and eliminates hidden costs.  It allows you to send as few as one, or many thousands of letters at a time within Utilmate.

Bing uses fast on-demand processing ensuring rapid mail production without minimum job size restrictions. Bing produces your postal mail in the Bing facility nearest the letter destination to eliminate interstate delays.

Postage Pricing

Bing postal mail pricing is as below.  Each month you'll receive your invoice and only pay for what you use.  Every invoice (standard letter DLX size) includes:

• Postage
• Envelope
• Folding and Inserting
• One impression
• Single B&W Page
• Lodgement with Australia Post

By default postage pricing uses a "per page" pricing model as follows:    

		Regular Post
B&W	Each page	$2.05
	Each back of page impression	$0.09
Colour	Each page	$2.30
	Each back of page impression	$0.27
Postcard	Titan gloss card	$2.50

Therefore:

• A single sided reminder notice is $2.30 to send
• A two sided invoice is $2.30 + $0.27 ($2.57) to send
• A 10 page welcome letter is 5 physical pages (so $2.30 x 5) + $0.27 x 5) $12.85 to send.

If you find you’re sending mail with a lot of pages, you may be able to opt for a "per letter" pricing model (Please contact support if you would like to move to this pricing model).

Therefore:

• A single sided reminder notice $3.40 to send
• A two sided invoice is $3.40 + ($0.27 x 2) ($3.94) to send
• A 10 page welcome letter is 5 physical pages $3.40 + ($0.27 x 10) $6.10 to send.

Note: All prices are exclusive of GST and subject to price increases by Australia Post and other mail carriers as and when they occur. Bing mail is only available in Australia.
