MyAccount usage

The My Usage page provides your customers with comparisons of their energy consumption and costs, featuring: 

• average daily usage
• average monthly spend

Customers can view their energy usage displayed by both consumption and cost, with detailed breakdowns by month, day, and hour. A heat map overlay visually highlights usage patterns.

Interactive features

• Click on legend items (Weather, Off Peak, Peak, Shoulder) to add or remove corresponding data from the chart for a customised view.
• Export usage data to Excel by clicking the Export usage as Excel button located below the graph.
  - exports interval data for up to 1 month when using 'Month' or 'Day' views.
  - exports daily usage data for up to 1 year when using 'Year' view. 

This tool helps customers better understand and manage their energy consumption.

Note: For customers who have multiple services, you can consolidate their account so that they can view all their consumption in one My Account portal.
