MyAccount move out
The Move out feature under the Sites/Property section allows customers to notify you when they are moving out of a property, so their services can be stopped.
Fields that are pre-populated with customer data are:
- Address - lists all addresses associated with an account
- Contact information
Customers can change these fields, ensuring their information is accurate.
Move-out form submissions are automatically done in Utilmate and listed in Calls & Activities ready in case you need to review them.
