MyAccount move out
Move out (under Sites/Property) allows your customers to advise you when they are moving, so you can stop their service.
Fields that are pre-populated with customer data are:
- Address - lists all addresses associated with an account
- Contact information
Customers can change these fields, ensuring their information is accurate.
Move out form submissions are automatically done in Utilmate and listed in Calls & Activities ready in case you need to review them.
