MyAccount move in email validation
Protect your database from fake, disposable, & bad email addresses entering your system by validating the email address at the point of capture.
As a user inputs their email address into your move-in form, email validation will be carried out.
Tip: Users can request a new code to be resent by clicking on Resend code link or change the email address by clicking on the Change email link located below the verify button.
The user is sent an email with a one-time verification code, which expires after 5 minutes.
Once the code is entered into the move-in form, the user can continue completing the form.
CRM Users
If a Customer Service Agent is using the MyAccount move-in form to move a customer in, there is a separate email verification process. Please contact Support to provide assistance.
Important: This also applies to the MyAccount My Details page, when a user changes their email address.
