MyAccount - concessions

An existing customer can manage their concession cards through their MyAccount. This includes the ability to:

• Add a new concession card
• Edit details of an existing concession card
• Delete a concession card you no longer need

Add a Concession Card:

1. Log in to MyAccount.
2. Navigate to the Concession Cards section under MyAccount.
3. Click Add New Card.
4. Enter the required details and click Save.

Edit a Concession Card:

1. Go to the Concession Cards section under MyAccount.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the card you want to update.
3. Make your changes and click Save.

Important: Utilmate will create an activity and flag the status as “Requested Validation.” This way, staff are notified of the change and can start the process of validating the card.

Delete a Concession Card:

In the Concession Cards section under MyAccount, locate the card you want to remove.

1. Click the Delete icon next to the card.
2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Note: Deleting a concession card is permanent and cannot be undone.
