Import Price Change interface
The Import Price Change is used to bulk update your price plans. This interface is useful when you wish to apply a rate increase to many price plans.
The "Price Change Import" folder is polled at 12pm each day.
- If the file is successfully processed it is placed in "Price Change Import\Archive".
- If it is not able to be processed it is placed in the "Price Change Import\Error" folder with an error file explaining why.
This interface can also be manually run at any time from the Scheduled Tasks screen.
Note: If a price is more than 80x higher than the current price, the system will error and will not proceed. If your pricing is correct, please log a support ticket attaching your csv file.
Note: This interface can only be used for updating existing price plans. It cannot be used to add new price plans.

HI Tracey, there are some Limits on the import, could you please add them to this Help page?
Also advise how to bypass warnings and errors that may display on Import?
Thanks Christian, I've updated the article.
