Pricing - bulk change

You can easily change the price of many price plans simultaneously saving you from wasting time changing prices one by one.

Tip:  If you are wanting to change the pricing for a single or a few price plans, use the Price Change wizard.

To change the pricing for a large number of price plans, go to the Price History report and generate a report of all your current price plans and prices.   Check Active price plans only and Current rates only then click on Run. Once the report has run, export it to Excel.

In Excel:

• Remove price plans you do NOT want to change.
• Update the Start Date (column G) to the effective date for the new prices.
• Update Unit Rate X, Unit Step X and Min Charge (columns J to S) with the new prices.

Note:  All prices are already in your currency and exclude tax ie GST, VAT etc.

When you have completed the Excel spreadsheet, use the Import Price Change interface to import.  All your required price changes are now completed.

Important:  To advise customers impacted by a price change, use the Send Rate Change Notices to send correspondence.
