Pricing - change

To make a price change in a price plan, go to the Maintenance menu, Billing & Invoicing and select Pricing

Click on the price plan you wish to change and select the Edit button.

Click Actions dropdown button for either Fixed or Usage Schedules, and select Add Price Change.

Fixed Schedule - Add Price Change

Fixed (Daily/Monthly) Schedule Price Change

Enter the Start Date, Minimum Charge, and Unit Rate for the price change then click Add Price Change.

Verify the new price change details and Save.

Usage Schedule Price Change

Enter the Start Date, Minimum Charge, and Unit Rate for the price change then click Add Price Change.

Verify the new Price Change Details and Save.

Note: Only the current and future rates are displayed.  To view all historical rates click the All Rates slider to toggle.

Note: Utilmate will pro-rate a rate change if it occurs in the middle of a billing period.  To avoid this, set the end date to the last day of the period billing period and the start date to the day after.
