Users - locked
For the security of your business, user accounts are locked by default after three failed attempts to log in to CRM. An account can be unlocked by any other user with Admin Security Group permissions.
Unlock an account
To unlock users in Utilmate, go to the Maintenance menu and select Users.
Click on the user's name, then click on the Edit button.
Check the Enabled checkbox and save. The users' account is now unlocked.
