Mail merge fields
A merge field is a placeholder for data in an email, SMS or letter template. When you send your correspondence, the placeholder is replaced with the CRM data from the record or records of the people you are contacting.
For example, let’s say you have a template that displays your contact information, you would insert the below merge fields:
retailer_name
brand_phone_number
brand_email_address
brand_contact_times
brand_website
brand_postal_addr_1
brand_postal_addr_2
brand_postal_addr_3
Note: Add {{ }} to start and end of merge field ie {{retailer_name}}
