MyAccount user sign in

You may receive calls from your customers asking questions about their MyAccount portal. To assist them, you can log in to the portal as the customer directly from Utilmate CRM. This feature helps you troubleshoot issues or guide customers through their account in real time.

To log in as your customer

To log in to the MyAccount Portal as your customer from Utilmate CRM, locate your customer and go to the Contacts menu, Details tab and click on the MyAccount button and select Login to the MyAccount.

This will take you to your MyAccount Portal in a new browser window, and automatically log you in as that customer.

Once done, it is best practice to log off the customer's MyAccount.
