MyAccount registration and login

Customers can easily register for MyAccount by creating a login, giving them access to manage their services online.  The MyAccount customer portal provides 24/7 access to account information, make payments, view transaction history and download invoices.

 

Registration for MyAccount

Your customers can register for their MyAccount by creating a login.  Customers need to enter the below information and tick the "I have read and understand the terms and conditions" checkbox.

• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Account number

Utilmate validates the entered information and creates your customer's account.

Login

Once your customer has registered and created their account, they can log in and start managing their account.  My Dashboard is the first page your customers see when they sign in.  It's a summary of their account displaying their current balances and account details.
