Notes and activities - add

To add an activity, go to the Maintenance menu, Calls and Activities and select Notes & Activities.

Click on the Add button.

Select the Activity Category type from the dropdown list.

and populate the remaining fields:

• Activity Category
• Assignee
• Activity Type Code 
• Activity Type Description 
• Default notes - this note will appear when a user creates an activity of this type.

then Save.
