Notes and activities - Edit

To edit an activity, go to the Maintenance menu, Calls and Activities and select Notes & Activities.

Select the activity or note, then click on Edit button.

Edit the activity type, then and Save.

• Code 
• Description 
• Default source
• Assignee
• User select
• Default notes
