Meteorite integration

By connecting Utilmate to Meteorite, you gain access to more than just smart metering. Meteorite specialises in 24/7 smart metering for water, electricity, and gas, offering a comprehensive subscription service that is designed to save you money. Their online platform seamlessly integrates with the latest IoT smart metering hardware operating on advanced LPWAN and 4G networks, featuring an intuitive interface that requires no training.

To connect Zendesk Support to Utilmate, go to the Add On's screen in the Maintenance menu, System Configuration.  Click on the Meteorite button.

Click on the Connect button.

Enter your use your meteorite username and password, then click connect.  Success!  You've now connected to Meteorite.

Manually refresh reads

If any data has been incorrectly entered into Utilmate or Meteorite and then corrected, requiring a refresh of meter reads, you have the option to refresh the readings for a particular site or building, and the refresh can be set for a specific period, ensuring that you get accurate, up-to-date data.

Go to Add On's screen in the Maintenance menu, System Configuration. Click on the Meteorite button.

Click on the Manage site and reads button.

Load sites

To load the list of sites from Meteorite, select the building/property then click the Load Sites button.

Refresh reads

To refresh reads for a site, click the Import meter reads button.

Enter the below information into the Import Meter Reads screen and click Import Meter Reads button to import.

• Start date
• End date

 Tip:  Its best to choose one site at a time when importing meter reads.
