Buildings - add offerings

Utilmate allows you to automatically assign offerings to customers moving into a building based on their customer type. This helps streamline setup and ensures the correct pricing is applied.

To add a building offering, go to the Maintenance menu, Utility Services and select Buildings. In the Building Offering section, click on the Add button. 

The "Add building offerings" wizard is opened.  Select the customer type and offering, then click Save to finish.

Important: The default offerings must have the "default offering" box checked. The automatic offering assignment process only applies to default offerings.
