Xero - Event logs
To view the logs for your Xero integration, go to the Add On's from the System Configuration under the Maintenance menu. Click on the Xero, then Xero Event Logs.
The Xero Event Logs provide visibility into each API call and stored procedure related to your Xero account. For example, if you’re exporting Journals into your Xero account, you’ll see the JSON data generated and successfully imported to Xero.
These logs help you quickly see what actions were taken, along with any results or issues encountered.
Common Errors and How to Resolve Them
While viewing the logs, you may encounter error messages like:
invalid_grant
AuthenticationUnsuccessful
If you see these errors, it typically means that your Xero integration needs to be reconnected. We also display this type of error in a banner on your CRM home page for quick reference.
For any other recurring or unresolved errors, please log a support ticket. The Support Team will assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue to ensure your Xero integration runs smoothly.
