Invoice messages
Invoice messages are the text that is displayed on your invoices. Go to the Maintenance menu, Billing & Invoicing and select Invoice Messages.
The invoice messages are displayed showing the location of the message on the invoice, its priority and whether it is active.
Edit a message
To edit a message, check the message you want to change and click the edit button.
Make your changes and click the save button.
Note: The Segment Desc field is applied when a specific segment/situation is chosen. Leave it blank if you would like to apply the message to all invoices.
