Add Ons - Ezidebit payment report

The Ezidebit Payment shows the payments made for a specified date range and by building. It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Add Ons and select Add Ons - Ezidebit Payment report.

FILTERS

The report can be filtered by date range, as well as 'failed only' or all payments 

• If 'failed only' is ticked, the report will return failed Ezidebit payments only.
• If 'failed only' is not ticked, the report will return all Ezidebit payments (successful and failed).

 

COLUMNS

The report displays:

• Site Code shows the site detail.
• Site Name shows the site name.
• Account Number shows the customer account number.
• Sales Cust Number shows the Sales Cust Number (optional).
• Account Name shows the customer's account name.
• Ref shows the receipt number where payment is successful.
• Receipt Batch Type shows the receipt batch type. 
• Receipt Amount shows the receipt amount where payment is successful.
• Receipt Date
• Payment Status
• Fail Reason
• Dishonour Type shows dishonour type (where applicable).
• Payment Channel ID
• Payment Channel Token
• Receipt Number shows the Exidebit specific payment reference. 
• Payment Date
• Payment Amount
• Customer Name
• Payment ID shows the Ezidebit specific payment reference. 
• Payment Reference
• Payment Cust Fee
• Payment Client Fee
• Payment Settlement Date
