Audit - email report
The Audit - Email report selects all emails sent for a specified date range. It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Audit and select Audit - Email Report.
Filters
This report can be filtered by date range.
Columns
- Recipients is the email address(s) the email(s) were sent to.
- Status is the last status for the email:
- Error - Utilmate wasn't able to send the email. Please raise a support ticket.
- Dropped - Utilmate delivered it to the customer's mail provider but was rejected.
- Bounce - Utilmate delivered it to the customer's mail provider, but the email address was incorrect or mailbox was full.
- Delivered - The email was received by the customer.
- Open - The customer has opened the email.
- Click - The customer has clicked on a link in the email.
- Hold - Utilmate user flagged this as 'DO NOT SEND' from the 'New and Undelivered Email Messages' screen.
