Metering - tou read errors file report

The TOU (Time-of-Use) Read Error report is a utility metering report that identifies problems or errors with time-of-use meter readings. TOU meters record electricity (or other utility) consumption in defined periods such as peak, off-peak, and mid-peak hours. When readings fail to be captured correctly, a TOU Read Error report flags these issues for follow-up.

This report is critical for ensuring accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and operational reliability.

It can be run from the Reports menu, Metering and select TOU Read Errors Report.
