Credit - disconnection checklist report
The Disconnection Checklist report is used to identify customers who are due for disconnection, based on their treatment activity. The primary purpose of this report is to allow users to quickly review key account details to confirm that a customer is eligible for disconnection.
The report can be run for two types of disconnections:
- OCCUPIER Disconnections
- NONPAYMENT Disconnections
It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Credit and select Disconnection Checklist.
Filters
This report can be filtered by the type of disconnection - occupier, non-payment and by network node (building).
Columns
This report displays all customers due for disconnection. The following columns are returned:
- Account number
- Account name
- Current balance
- Overdue balance
- Elec. Balance - the balance related to electricity transactions and cost of living rebates (if any)
- Other Balance - the balance related to non-electricity transactions
- Products - services the customer has (electricity, water, gas etc)
- Site code, Site identifier & Meters - the building code, site_identifier and meter_numbers,
- Address - postal address and site address
- Account status
- Credit status
- Date connected
- Date terminated
- The date a welcome letter was sent and if it was lodged (post) or sent (email)
- The date a disconnection letter was sent and if it was lodged (post) or sent (email)
- For the OCCUPIER type, the old account number and account name and their date terminated
- For the OCCUPIER type, any notes on the old customer in the last 30 days
- Any notes on the current customer in the last 30 days
If connected to Zendesk, any notes in the last 30 days that mention the site identifier or site address
