Other - MyAccount user report
The MyAccount User report lets you monitor the usage of your customer's MyAccount customer portal activity. It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Other and select MyAccount User Report.
MyAccount customer usage logs are available for past 2 calendar months only.
FILTERS
The MyAccount user report can be filtered by building.
COLUMNS
The report displays:
- Account Number shows the customer account number.
- Sales Cust Number shows the Sales Cust Number (optional).
- Site Code shows the site detail.
- Site Name shows the site name.
- Contact Name shows the name of the contact with MyAccount login.
- Login shows the login associated with the Contact Name.
- Login Count shows the number of times the login has been used.
- First Login is the first time the login was used.
Latest Login is the last time the login was used.
Note: This report only works with the new MyAccount portal.

As I have run this report 4 times (>12m, 12m, <12m & 3m) with the downloaded output file advising the start date is earlier than the database. Please add a warning on the selection, or at least a note on this page to advise users of how many days in history is able to be reported upon or the start date of the database.
