Compliance - concession card report

The Concessions Card report displays details of all concession cards held in Utilmate.  It can be viewed at any time from the Reports menu, Compliance and select Concession Card Report. 

Tip: You can choose to show or hide concession transactions associated with reversed invoices, making it easier to review accurate totals and focus only on the transactions that matter for your reporting needs.

Important: The concession card date column indicates that during the MyAccount move-in process, a customer who has answered "yes" to being a concession card holder has ticked the "I have read the terms and conditions" checkbox on the form.
