Finance - Aged Debtor Customer Detail report
The Aged Debtor Customer Detail report selects all customers and shows the aged balance of each customer. It is a "point-in-time" report and can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Finance and select Aged Debtor Customer Detail Report. It is also automatically run each night and saved to your reports folder.
Filters
The Aged Debtor Customer Detail report can be filtered by accounting period and building, and to only show customers with an overdue balance.
Columns
This report shows:

- Total balance is the total amount the customer owes and can be a debit or credit amount.
- Current Balance is the sum of the unallocated amount of all invoices and adjustments not yet at their invoice due date. This can be a debit or credit amount.
- Overdue Balance is the sum of the unallocated amount of all invoices and adjustments beyond the invoice due date. This can only be a debit amount.
- The 0-29 Days, 30-59 Days, 60-89 Days, 90-119 Days and 120 + Days columns follow traditional accounting principles aging the debt for each customer based on the invoice date, as does the below columns.
- 30 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 30 days
- 60 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 60 days
- 90 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 90 days
- 120 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 120 days
- 150 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 150 days
- 180 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 180 days
- 210 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 210 days
- 360 Days Past Due shows the customer's debt as of 360 days
- The 1-30 Days Past DD, 31-60 Days Past DD, 61-90 Days Past DD, 91-120 Days Past DD, 121-150 Days Past DD, 151-180 Days Past DD, 181-120 Days Past DD & 211+ Days Past Due columns are based on the Invoice Due Date
- Bond Amount shows the amount of the bond held for any customer.
- Bond Paid shows whether the bond has been paid Y/N for any customer.
- Billed To Date shows the date the customer is billed up to.
- Payment Method shows the customer's current payment method.
- Credit Control Status shows the customers current credit control status.
- Customer Type and Customer Sub Type shows the customer type (eg Residential/Company)
- Product Type shows what product type for customer account.
- Extension amount and date show customers that have been granted an invoice extension. This does not impact the debt aging but will impact the overdue balance.
- Smoothpay Amount shows any smoothpay arrangement the customer has.
- Last Treatment Date shows the last treatment date the customer has.
- Last Treatment Description shows the last treatment description the customer has.
- Date Today is today's date.
