Metering - TOU read errors report
Every day Utilmate processes millions of pieces of AM data. If data is received which cannot be attached to a meter, it sits in error status and can be viewed from the Reports menu, Metering and select Metering - TOU Read Errors Report.
The common reasons for AM data errors include:
- Receive data from an MDP for a new building you're not quite ready for.
- Get B1, Q1 or K1 data that you don’t use for billing.
This is quite normal and ok. However, if ignored and left to build up, this can impact transaction generation speed and other processes.
The process for handling this data is:
- After 1 month of sitting in an error state, the data is moved to an offline archive table. The data is still able to be restored, but offline.
- After 3 months of sitting in this archive table, it is deleted.
It can be run at any time from the reports menu.
Filters
This report has no filter options.
Columns
The list of reasons may include:
- NOSITE - cannot locate a premise that matches this ID
- NOOPENACC - cannot locate an account that is open this day
- NOMTRSCHED - no meter schedule avail for this time
- TMOPENACC - too many accounts open for this day
- NOTOUSITE - the site metering type is DEEMED
