Audit - SMS report

The Audit - SMS report selects all SMS's sent for a selected date range.  It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Audit and select Audit - SMS Report. 

Filters

The report can be filtered by date range.

Columns

• Account number
• Account name
• Site code
• Site name
• Phone number is the mobile the SMS was sent to.
• Message content is the SMS message text.
• Status is the last status for the SMS message:
  • Enroute - SMS message has been received by the Utilmate SMS gateway and is being processed.
  • Submitted - SMS message has been submitted to the customers' carrier for delivery.
  • Expired - after waiting 45 days for the SMS message to be delivered, it has expired.
  • Rejected - SMS message will not be delivered - permanent failure.
  • Failed - the message has failed. Reasons may include no active routes to destination or undeliverable by customers carrier.
