What is a payment plan?

A payment plan may be up to 2 years in length.  The instalment frequency can be:

• daily
• weekly
• fortnightly
• monthly
• invoice due date
• bill period.

All credit action is suspended while a customer in on a payment plan.

When a customer has a credit balance, any active payment plans for the customer will be cancelled.
