Add a bond
If your customer is required to pay a bond, click on the Accounts Receivable menu, then select Transaction List. Choose Add Adjustment from the Other Actions button.
In the Add Adjustment wizard, select Bond Charged as the adjustment reason, then save.
The bond will appear in the Bond Amount field, as well as display in the Finance screen in the Customer Details menu.
Note: Adjustments require approval before they impact a customer's balance. This can be actioned from the Charge, receipt & adjustment approval dashboard screen.
