Billing - group statement report

The Group Statement Report selects all invoices for a specific Billing Group in a bill run and returns a summary of key account, site and invoice details, including their totals values.

It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Billing and select Group Statement. 

This report can be made available if you have Billing Groups set up. Please log a support ticket to have this report added. 

 

Filters

The report can be filtered by Invoice Run only.

COLUMNS

This report selects all invoices within a specific Billing Group for the chosen Invoice Run. 

• Group is the Billing Group name.
• Water Rates is the water rate
• Water Unit is the water consumption value
• Water Total(Incl GST/VAT) shows the water total 
• Elec. Rates is the electricity rate
• Elec. Unit is the electricity consumption value
• Elec. Total(Incl GST/VAT) shows the electricity total
• Gas Rates is the gas rate 
• Gas Unit is the gas consumption value
• Gas Total(Incl GST/VAT) shows the gas total 
• Daily Rate is the daily rate
• Days shows the number of days billed for this invoice
• Daily Total(Incl GST/VAT) shows the daily total amount
• Charge Total shows the total value of charges for this invoice
• Opening shows the customers opening balance 
• Amount(Incl GST/VAT) shows the Invoice total
• Total Due shows the customers total due balance
