MyProperty Manager - add users
To add property manager users in Utilmate, go to the Maintenance menu, System Configuration and select Property Manager Management.
ADD A USER
Click on the Add User button.
Enter the below information into the "Add Property Manager" screen, then Add property manager to save.
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Password
Note: If the email already exists in your database as a contact, the property manager user account will be linked to this contact.
Link Buildings
To link a property manager to buildings, highlight the user then click the Edit button.
A listing of your buildings/properties will be displayed. Select the checkboxes to assign to the user, then click on Update buildings to save.
Unlink buildings
To remove a building from a user, highlight your user, then click the Edit button.
Click the Unlink button associated with the building.
Click on Update buildings to save.
