MyAccount - property manager
The MyAccount Property Manager provides all your information about customer accounts and supply. Whether you are a landlord of one rental property or a property manager working across a thousand properties, there are certain tasks and information that you will need to be aware of.
Once logged in, Property Managers can select a location (property) and view the below information:
Dashboard
- Vacant sites
- Unhealthy meters
- Total due
- Next bill date
- Monthly usage
- Invoices and receipts
- Collection letters and emails
- Current and overdue balances
Reports
Several reports can be run for individual locations:
- Debtors report
- Invoicing report
- Receipting report
- Vacant and occupied sites report
Sites
You can view customer details for the site by selecting a location on the left-hand-side. These details include:
- Unit number
- Account name and contact details
- Current & overdue balances
- Date connected and terminated
Property Managers can connect and disconnect a unit by clicking the 3 dots, and selecting Connect or Disconnect.
