What is consolidated billing?

If your customer has more than one account and currently receive more than one invoice each month, you can reduce the number of invoices you send by consolidating their accounts.

Consolidated billing combines multiple invoices into one invoice that summarises each account.

The most common use of this is if a customer is getting separate electricity/gas/water bills and asks to receive a single bill for all products.
