View price plan

You may need to identify which price plan (tariff) is currently applied to a customer’s account. This is important for verifying charges, responding to billing inquiries, and ensuring the correct rates are being used.

Before checking the price plan, ask the customer:

1. Their full name.
2. The building or property they reside in.

Locate and open the customer's account, go to the Services menu, then Account tab.   Scroll down, and click on the Price Plan Report button.

The current account price plan details are displayed.

Note: All details shown are as of the date the screen is loaded and does not show historical tariffs.

If the offering is incorrect or requires changing, go to Change an offering.
