Change an offering
If your customer offering is incorrect or requires changing, click on the Services menu, then the Account tab. Scroll the page, and click on the Change Offering button.
Enter the below information into "Change Offering wizard" screen, than Save.
- Offering - offering changes do not pro-rate. Unless the effective date is future-dated, the change will impact all subsequent invoicing for the account.
- Start date - the effective date cannot be before the date the account has been billed to.
Tip: You will be able to select a new offering from the drop-down list and an effective date for the change.
Once the change has been made, you can check to ensure it is applied using the Price Plan Report. Go to View pricing and offering details.
