Workforce
WorkForce is part of Utilmate’s cloud-based job scheduling and dispatch add-on software, designed for businesses managing mobile, field-based, internal, or external workforces. It streamlines dispatch and field operations by connecting teams, simplifying workflows, and improving productivity across field service activities.
WorkForce provides a centralised platform where field agents can manage and track job progress in real time, while CRM users can schedule work, monitor activities, and generate operational reports. The solution integrates with existing operational frameworks to support day-to-day business processes, workforce coordination, and customer service delivery.
The platform supports a wide range of maintenance and service activities, including routine maintenance, urgent repairs, service connections, and disconnections. By improving operational visibility, WorkForce helps teams reduce delays, minimise errors, and complete work more efficiently.

Offline and Sync
The Sync function refreshes and updates data in the WorkForce system to ensure users view the latest available information. Selecting Sync retrieves recent changes, updates records, and synchronises information between the WorkForce application and connected Utilmate CRM.
This function helps ensure that job details, statuses, schedules, and customer information, and other operational data remain current and accurate.
Tip: Always select the Sync button before viewing or updating records to ensure you are working with the latest system information and changes.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard allows users to process multiple records in bulk. Select the required items from the list, then choose the appropriate action to apply the update or process to all selected records simultaneously.
Bulk actions help improve efficiency by reducing the need to update records individually.
Menu
A menu displays the options or actions available to the user. It helps users access different sections, features, or functions within the application in an organised and user-friendly way.

Jobs
The Jobs menu item displays a list of jobs currently recorded in the system. Selecting this menu option opens the Jobs screen, where users can view, search, filter, and manage job records based on their access permissions.
Locations
The Locations menu item displays a list of locations configured within the system. Selecting this menu option opens the Locations screen, where users can view, search, filter, and manage location records based on their access permissions.
Add a location
To add a new location, click on the + button and complete the Add Location wizard. Click the Add button to save.
Edit a location
To edit a location, select the required row. In the Edit [location name] screen, make your changes, then Save.
Companies
The Companies menu item displays a list of companies, external providers and organisations configured within the system. Selecting this menu option opens the Companies screen, where users can view, search, filter, and manage company records based on their access permissions.
Add a company
To add a new company, click on the + button and complete the Add Company wizard. Click the Add button to save.
Edit or delete a company
To edit or delete a company, select the three-dot menu and choose either Edit or Delete.
For quick editing, select the required company row to open and update the company details directly.
Users
The Users menu item displays a list of users configured within the system, along with the functions and permissions assigned to each user. Selecting this menu option opens the Users screen, where authorised users can view and manage user accounts and access settings.
Users can select a user record to edit details, manage permissions, reset passwords, or assign system functions and access rights based on their role.
Add a user
To add a new user, click on the + button and complete the Add User wizard. Click the Add button to save.
Edit or delete a user
To edit or delete a user, select the three-dot menu and choose either Edit or Delete.
For quick editing, select the required company row to open and update the company details directly.
My Profile
You can reset your password using the password reset option.
