Hardship - add, edit, exit
If a customer is entering or exiting hardship, the hardship screen is used to manage the customer's history.
Add hardship
Go to Customer Details, Hardship / Family Harm menu. Click on the + button
Enter the below information in the "Add hardship" screen and save.
- Entry Date
- Entry Reason - select from the dropdown list.
The Hardship and Treatments Suspended alert tags will be displayed on the Customer Details screen. The credit status is updated to HARDSHIP.
Edit or exit hardship
To edit or exit a hardship record status, select the row and click the Edit button.
Enter the information below in the Edit Hardship screen and save.
- Exit Reason - this is a compulsory field if an exit date is entered
- Exclude Reason
The customers' hardship details will be updated and displayed on the hardship screen, and the credit control status will be updated to STANDARD.
