Change the billing contact linked to multiple customers
You may have one contact that is linked to multiple customers, and if you change this contact for one customer, it will filter through to all linked customers.
To resolve this, we suggest you recreate the contact (refer create a new contact) and then update the billing contact with this newly created contact.
To do this, go to the Customer Details menu, then Residential or Commercial. Select the recreated billing contact from the drop-down list, and click on save.
Tip: By re-creating a new contact this ensures that this contact isn't linked to other the customers.
