Change a price plan

If the price plan (tariffs) is incorrect or needs to be changed, click on the Services menu, then the Account tab.

Scroll the page, and click on the Change Price Plan button.

Enter the below information into "Change Price Plan" wizard, then Save. The new price plan is automatically linked to the meters based on their meter type.

• Select the price plan from the dropdown list.
• Start date.
• If you wish to send a price change notice, select Yes.
  

Note:

• Validation is in place to not allow existing price plans to be changed if they have been invoiced.
• The start date cannot be before the date the account has been billed to.
• Price plan changes are prorated based on the start date selected. 
• The price change template may need to be configured by Utilmate before it can be used. Please raise a support ticket if you have questions about this template.
