Audit information

Any time you see the newspaper icon on any screen in Utilmate, this means we hold audit information. Whenever a user changes something on a customer record, it is recorded.  Audit reports are also displayed on:

• Residential/commercial
• Account
• Price plan
• Offering
• Meter reads

Click on the audit button to see a full audit history of:

• who changed this record
• when they changed it
• what they changed.
