Add a phone number

All phone numbers are stored against contacts and can be one of:

• a mobile phone
• an international number
• a landline
• a work phone

Click on the Contacts menu, and Details, then phone tab.

To add a phone number, locate your contact, click on the Contacts menu, then Details.  Navigate to the Phone tab and click the Add button. 

Enter the below information into "Add Contact Phone" screen, and save.

• Select the contact from the dropdown list
• Type of phone number - choose fax machine, international, landline, mobile or work phone from the dropdown list
• STD code
• Phone number

Note:

• Mobile phone numbers
  The STD code should be the international code eg +61 or 0061.
  Remove the 0 from the beginning of the mobile number.
  example: 0412 345 678 turns into [phone].
• Landline numbers
  The STD code should be the area code eg 09, 06 then the landline number.  
• All phone numbers can be entered with or without spaces.
