How to use search

Search is powerful and easy to use to find contacts, customer account numbers, meter numbers, and more. To get started, double click on the search box (or enter an account number and enter), from any screen in Utilmate. 

Enter the text which you want to search on, then click the search button (magnify icon). Utilmate is smart enough to search any of the search attributes listed below and return your results. 

Tip: Open account is checked as your default setting.  To locate a closed account, uncheck this.

Filters

If you want to refine your search, you can tailor your search results by selecting one of the below attributes from the dropdown list.
