Family harm - add, edit
If a customer is experiencing family harm or violence, and may be facing challenges that make it difficult to pay their energy bills, the Hardship / Family Harm screen is used to record this.
Add Family Harm
Go to Customer Details, Hardship / Family Harm menu. Click on the + button
Enter the information below in the Add Family Harm screen and save.
- Start date
- Security information - enter security information for the customer's account eg a password if the customer calls you, whether you can or cannot phone the customer.
- Notes
The Family Harm alert tag will be displayed on the Customer Details screen.
Edit or Exit Family Harm
To edit Family Harm, select the row and click the Edit button.
Enter the information below in the Edit Family Harm screen and save.
- Start date
- Enter end date - this exits your customer from Family Harm
- Security information - enter security information for the customer's account eg a password if the customer calls you, whether you can or cannot phone the customer.
