Your post (letter pdf) and email correspondence that you send are stored against each customer, in the Documents screen.
Documents are sorted by:
- All documents
- HMTL emails
- Invoice Treatment
- Invoice (the pdf invoice)
- External Document (letter pdf)
- Invoice Attachment
Document types can be added or removed - please log a support ticket.
To view the correspondence, click on the title.
To download the correspondence, click on the download arrow.
To delete the correspondence, click on the rubbish bin icon.
