Compliance - Customer Family Harm Report

The Customer Family Harm report selects all records of customers with Family Harm status. It can be run at any time from the Reports menu, Compliance and select Compliance - Customer Family Harm Report.

FILTERS

This report can be filtered by date range or network note (building).

COLUMNS

The report displays:

• Building Code shows the code for the building/property
• Account Number shows the customer account number
• Account Name shows the customer account name
• Account Status  shows if the account is open, closed etc
• Start Date shows the date the customer commenced in family harm
• End Date shows the date the customer exited family harm
• Security Information shows information regarding the customer's account eg a password if the customer calls you, whether you can or cannot phone the customer.
• Notes show any notes added
• Customer Type 
• Product Type
